We would like to invite you to our meetup, which will take place on 26th of April. We will be hosting Katarzyna Ziemba who will talk about the art of the facilitation. 

This event will be held workshop format, so be prepared for some exercises:)

About the speaker:

Scrum Master and Leadership Coach, currently in the process of the accreditation by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
She spends her time serving, helping and of course coaching. She believes that everyone has skills and abilities to do what they love and to be good at it. Energetic, enthusiastic and caring about people and their feelings. Her mission, set some time ago, is to be the best Scrum Master for her teams and for the whole organization.

About the presentation:

Title: "The art of Facilitation"

Meetings without a purpose ended as hours of complaining, with no outcome. We have seen that and we have been there, probably many times. The aim of this workshop is to answer the question – how to effectively support groups in achieving their goals and how to help people achieve the desired outcome?
During the session, we will talk about the role and competencies of a facilitator. We will go through the Diamond model which will help you understand a group dynamics and support groups in the decision-making process.

Scrum Days 2016 już 12-13 maja w Warszawie!
Dlaczego nie powinno Cię tam zabraknąć?

Scrum Days nie jest kolejną, standardową konferencją o Agile’u. Naszą misją jest stworzenie miejsca, które połączy ludzi, w trakcie którego będzie można nawiązać relacje biznesowe i przy okazji dobrze się bawić.
To 2 dni potężnej dawki wiedzy o Scrumie, wymiana doświadczeń i niezapomniane przeżycie.

Program Scrum Days 2016 będzie oparty na 4 ścieżkach tematycznych: Process, Product, Experience i specjalnej dla menedżerów szczebla C-level – Executive. Oprócz 18-minutowych prelekcji w stylu TED-owym i równoległych 3-godzinnych warsztatów pozwalających na zgłębienie wiedzy w mniejszych grupach, nie zabraknie Open Space’ów i wielu możliwości na zindywidualizowanie programu. Gośćmi specjalnymi są: Linda Rising i Gunther Verheyen. Data drugiego dnia konferencji, czyli piątek 13-stego to nie przypadek – właśnie tego dnia rozwiejemy zabobony scrumowe.

ACE Conference! in Krakow 14-15 April

ALE Krakow is co-organizing ACE! Conference! Please join us on 14-15 April 2016 to create the greatest event of the year.

ACE! is the largest regional conference of its kind in Central Europe, attracting people from all over the region. We're really excited about ACE! 2016 which combines two one-track conferences into one. The Building Software Better track includes the traditional ACE! content such as agile, lean, Scrum, Kanban, and other tools and methods for improving the software development process. This year we're adding a Building Better Products track that features Lean Startup, LeanUX, Design Thinking, and Customer Development topics. Learn how to use user testing, ethnography, and co-creation to make the products that people want. This track is for everyone involved in creating products, including product managers, UI and Interaction Designers, and UX Researchers. We're also adding a workshop track so that attendees can apply new skills and experiment with new ideas.

He's going to present you the Team Trust canvas, a practical instrument which can help you to grow your team trust. We will discuss may this instrument be useful and how to apply it.
