We had a chance to choose the topic from the very beginning and finally we've chosen the following:
"How to manage Agile teams (both work and people), when deadlines are fixed, and the scope is bigger than the time left?"

Sergey Dmitriev is Scrum evangelist focused on improvement of business processes, management and strategy consulting. He is challenging organizations applying the Agile mindset.
