Olaf Lewitz - Invitation transforms (English)

Opis:
“The entertainment industry has been obsessed with the wrong question: how do we MAKE people pay for content? What if we started thinking about it the other way around: How do we let them pay?” Amanda Palmer, the Art of Asking
Invitation transforms a stranger into a guest. Showing up with open arms, providing a space where we wish for an outcome without controlling or pushing it, provides a dynamic for change that is powerful, well understood and seriously underrepresented in organisational change.
We say change is hard. We say leading change is hard. It’s hard because we think it is, because we make it so. We change out of obligation (“we have to …”) rather than responsibility (“we want to …”), and we try to change others instead of giving them a choice.
Reinventing Organisations starts with the individual: Organisational transformation starts with the invitation to personal transformation.
What if we started thinking about agile transformation the other way around? In this workshop, we will explore together how to change the dynamics of leading change through invitation and offering people a choice.
